Formally Budgeted

An unimaginative kitchen layout with a down-drafted gas cooktop in an island with little knee space had modest requirements for reconfiguration. A Giallo Rio granite now provides a generous area for coloring books and toys during meal preparation, with an under counter refrigerator drawer dedicated to toddler treats. French Country Addition

The rather small kitchen lacked the desired features of its accomplished culinary occupants. During careful demolition, the old cabinetry was reinstalled in the garage. A mechanical chase behind the butler’s pantry was relocated to a new smaller void within the new configuration to provide for a much needed hall closet.
