A camera crew from VMG Studio 520 requested volunteers to read individial lines of an unpublished bedtime story. The goal being to release the story on Youtube and track it’s effectiveness. All 6 of our office staff took part, reporting that it was wierd staring into the lens of a camera.
Being “on camera” is how we train our staff to perform for our customers. Thanks to VMG, this 15 seconds of fame will translate to ongoing customer service training for our performance-oriented process.
