“I love it when a plan comes together.” – The A Team, 2000
Near completion of the production phase, we perform an internal performance audit and a final checklist. As the checklist is whittled down during the final touches, a production walk through is scheduled at substantial completion.
The final walkthrough punch list is jointly created at substantial completion. The purpose of this event is to allow the homeowner to occupy the new space. If a list is created, it will be performed immediately following occupancy.
This is also when all production-related materials are removed from the job site and warranty documentation is presented.
“Now Lancelot, Gallahad and I wait until nightfall, leap out of the large wooden rabbit and take the French completely by surprise.” – Monty Python and the Holy Grail, 1975
