We stand by our work and provide a warranty for a period of one year from the date of issuance of the "Certificate of Occupancy", Project Completion Walkthrough or "substantial completion" for the work performed.  In some cases, minor punch list work may continue beyond the Walkthrough date.

Eleven months following the completion of your project, a letter is sent reminding you that 30 days are remaining on your warranty period. This gives our customers an opportunity to verify the construction finishes met the challenges of each season. 

Following your call or email, an appropriate staff member will be in contact to schedule the warranty work.  In many cases, warranty work can be performed in one day.

NOTE: Items like floor squeaks, cracks and nail pops in the sheetrock, cracking of wood and variation in stain are normal conditions of natural products and may not be considered warranty items.
