When searching for their home in 2003, they looked for four key features: move-in readiness, city utilities, no HOA, and proximity to schools.

As the city grew, so did their vision. After years of local involvement, they decided to invest in Woodinville’s future. The property, once home to the beloved “Pink Tractor” repair shop, carried deep local history. Through careful planning and three years of design, Michael and Traci transformed the site into a residential masterpiece. On September 13, in honor of Michael’s mother’s birthday, construction officially began.
