This All Season Entertaining space consists of upper and lower year-round entertaining areas that integrate into the home and landscape.

An outdoor fireplace is nestled between support columns with 3rd zone of dimmable lighting. A concrete planter surrounds a stone fireplace under an eyebrow roof with an impermeable deck surface above.

A seamless 4-coat textured surface modeled and colorized after natural stone tile sloped deck surface.

Stainless grille set in granite top and stone facade extension of fireplace below. Powder-coated steel and 3/8″ tempered glass rail system connected to spiral stairway with metal treads.
