Responsible for managing the “throughput” of materials and personnel by way of scheduling and ordering simultaneous projects in the interest of seamless performance. With scrutiny, each scope of work is created for complete clarity and to reduce uncertainty.
On-site coordination and quality control of day-to-day operations of up to 3 simultaneous projects. Labor and specialty trades report directly.

Design + Support
Much more than colors and finishes. Specializing in space planning, ergonomy and a vast variety of finish materials, it is the Interior Designer that converts the conceptual ideas into detailed drawings and specifications.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the customer experience from concept through completion and beyond. This is typically a Sales position.
Managing more acronyms than anyone else in the company, responsibilities include AP, AR, HR and all the associated reporting.

Carpenters
Lead Carpenters are responsible for projects in the absence of the Location Manager. Highly skilled and self motivated, their years of experience ensures efficiency and quality.
With years of residential carpentry experience, additional training in scheduling and customer expectation management ensures Lead Carpenter status.
Entry level experience and tools requiring task direction throughout the work day.
Entry level carpenter with limited tools and knowledge. Typically partnered with Carpenter 2 or above and responsible for daily clean up.
Fine finish carpenters turning raw materials into custom cabinetry in our cabinet shop.
