An architecturally-integrated roof creates three separate outdoor spaces: a fireplace lounge, dining area, and passage. This is the first of three phased projects, including a primary bath called Accentual. The removal of the exterior door sets the stage for the upcoming sequel of the laundry room.

Decks attached to homes in this climate are often undersized and short-lived. Attaching the deck after the siding and painting the entire exterior, including the deck surface, traps moisture and causes the cedar boards to rot.

Catering to a professional cook, we transformed the outdoor living room and kitchen. Revamping the island cooktop and refrigerator placement, we reconfigured the space with pantry cabinetry, a task desk, and elegant alder cabinetry stained to resemble cherry, creating a sophisticated ambiance.

The All Season Entertaining space seamlessly integrates upper and lower areas with the home and landscape. A fireplace, dimmable lighting, and a stone fireplace under an eyebrow roof with an impermeable deck surface create a captivating ambiance.

We tackled a failing elevated patio, replacing rotted framing and applying waterproofing. The project included a cast concrete balustrade, waterproofed membrane, and pedestal pavers to complete the rebuild.
