The Parent Trap
As the homeowner's parents planned an extended stay, the outdated 1960s motif was weighing on their conscience. To surprise them, a design overhaul was in order for this primary suite remodel.
Bubble Bath
Our aim was to bring a contemporary and bright atmosphere to the bathroom within budget constraints. Clever ideas transformed the space, showcasing an expanded shower with accent tiles, a new window, and a cohesive design with a lower stripe connecting the vanity, tub, and shower.
Fir Trellis Ensuite
Indulge in the open and airy design, with a fir trellis defining bathing and vanity areas for your daily routine. This extraordinary primary suite includes the adjacent guest bath, adding a touch of luxury. The elevated floor accommodates a filled tub while maintaining structural integrity.
Shaded Tranquility
Decks attached to homes in this climate are often undersized and short-lived. Attaching the deck after the siding and painting the entire exterior, including the deck surface, traps moisture and causes the cedar boards to rot.
In Case It Rains
Catering to a professional cook, we transformed the outdoor living room and kitchen. Revamping the island cooktop and refrigerator placement, we reconfigured the space with pantry cabinetry, a task desk, and elegant alder cabinetry stained to resemble cherry, creating a sophisticated ambiance.
Red Stripe Kitchen
Expanding by 3 feet, this custom kitchen remodel transformed the peninsula into a spacious island. The adjacent family room was enhanced with a new entertainment center and a renewed focus on the fireplace.
Split Decision
The All Season Entertaining space seamlessly integrates upper and lower areas with the home and landscape. A fireplace, dimmable lighting, and a stone fireplace under an eyebrow roof with an impermeable deck surface create a captivating ambiance.
Three Barrel Island
A subterranean fitness room was chosen as an ideal location for a wine cellar. By modifying the structural support of the upper floors, a steel beam now replaces two columns, and relocated mechanical systems make way for precious headroom.
On Gold-ish Pond
Craft a luxurious backyard oasis that combines style and budget. An outdoor kitchen and water feature elevate your outdoor living experience while maintaining the natural beauty. Enjoy flexible entertaining, basking in the sun or seeking shade under a mechanical awning.
Mediterranean Patio
We tackled a failing elevated patio, replacing rotted framing and applying waterproofing. The project included a cast concrete balustrade, waterproofed membrane, and pedestal pavers to complete the rebuild.
Repurposed Wine Cellar
Embark on the ultimate home remodel adventure, where even the subterranean mechanical room takes center stage. Formerly a makeshift rock band rehearsal studio, it has been creatively transformed into a sleek and stylish wine cellar that will impress any connoisseur.
Log Home Covered Entry
Transforming a secluded 1980s wooded lodge, our custom home remodel created a grand lodge experience. The double-gable roof design seamlessly integrates with existing roof lines, windows, and contoured driveway. The result is a haven that fulfills the desires of the new owners.
