In the midst of wooden forms for new footings, our team defies doubt and maximizes limited space for a massive 5,000 SF addition. The uncertain journey is underway, and the crew’s unwavering dedication shines through. This new structure, echoing a turn-of-the-century farmhouse, will transform our valley.
This kitchen remodel project began with the demolition of a previously designed space. Our team had to identify the existing plumbing, ductwork, and walls in order to plan for design goals. Unravelling these details enabled our crew to work onsite during the pandemic.
A delightful evening to celebrate the induction of Traci Tenhulzen as the 2023 Master Builders of King and Snohomish Counties President was held at the W Hotel in Bellevue. The Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties was founded in 1909 and is the oldest and largest association in the National Association of Home Builders. Traci Tenhulzen will be the 7th female President in the 114 years history and to say she is passionate about her new position would be an understatement.
Adding a guest suite to a modern upscale home posed challenges due to site restrictions. Overcoming lot coverage and height limitations, a solution was devised to enhance functionality while considering allergic guests and the relocation of cats.
