Remodeler of the Year | 2023
Building Industry Association of Washington
Traci Tenhulzen, CGA, CAPS attended BIAW’s Fall Board Meeting at Suncadia, and during the last part of the 3-day event was brought up on stage as one of 7 nominees for Remodeler of the Year. As she was walking off the stage, to Traci’s surprise, her name was announced. She was shocked by the announcement and graciously accepted the trophy with a short acceptance speech honoring her husband’s support during her year as President of MBA of King & Snohomish Counties.
A Legacy of Leadership, MBA President | 2023
Traci’s presidency from January through December of 2023 was based on strengthening the “roots” of the association. Accomplishments included local and state-wide leadership, loosening housing policies in the interest of lowering cost of homeownership, and guiding the Board out of a Covid hangover.
