This position is considered Field Superintendent or Project Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing trades and vendors, managing the production schedule and interfacing with the customer. The Location Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects and personnel simultaneously. Highly skilled and self motivated, years of experience ensures efficiency and quality.
Minimum requirements:
- Valid Washington driver license
- Non-smoker, clean and neat appearance
- 8+ years of experience
- Professional, positive attitude, self-motivated
- Clean, reliable vehicle / use of company vehicle
- Appropriate hand and power tools for self-sufficiency
- Ability to perform all aspects of project management
- Communicate clearly and accurately with customers
- Establish and maintain site safety
- Ability to direct others in a team environment
- Ability to work alone and meet daily/weekly production goals
- Ability to use smartphone to text, email, and photo/video document projects
- Manage material deliveries and accuracy of installation
- Manage carpenters and apprentices
- Perform other duties as outlined in job description or as directed
