Company News
The Tenhulzen Yard (2018)
“On Location” Tenhulzen’s latest company photo, inspired by “The Longest Yard” remake. This dynamic tradition, with its witty nods and engaging themes, brings our team closer each year.
ADU for empty nesters
If you’re reading this, your home is likely on a sizeable lot and comfortable for a family of four or more. You may be nearing retirement with your significant other, having raised your children in a 3,000+ square foot home with three garage bays full of memories, and a decaying sport court amidst a plethora of intimidating yard work. In the current housing market, it doesn’t make sense to downsize when entering the growing group of “empty nesters” because the costs of doing so locally just doesn’t pencil out to any financial advantage.
The Magnificent Tenhulzens (2017)
“Back Stage” Our Annual Vendor And Trade Awards & Recognition event was hosted “back stage” at our office this year. The theme for the poster was based on the Magnificent Seven remake, as suggested by our carpenters.
Wine Cellars
In my experience, there are 3 types of wine consumers: Fashionable, Casual & Sophisticated. Fashionable wine drinkers don’t really know what they are drinking, and purchase on an as-needed basis. Casual wine drinkers generally belong to a few wine clubs and keep a couple dozen bottles on hand for food pairings and parties. Sophisticated wine drinkers consider themselves critics and store vast quantities as consumable art.
