Virtual Design Meetings

Thanks to modern technology, several of our current design customers have enjoyed developing their projects through the magic of online platforms.

This video outlines how we can safely perform the design process for the foreseeable future.

In most cases, we are scheduling a single visit to our customers’ homes rather than the 2 to 3 visits under normal circumstances. During a single site visit, 1 or 2 members of our staff photo document and measure the affected space with gloves and mask while our designer meets in a Zoom call with you in a secluded part of your home. This single visit may include a Matterport 3-D capture so that each of our trade contractors can more accurately and securely review the virtual environment.

Our customers have enjoyed the flexibility of meeting wherever they are. The most challenging is proving to be the tactile selections of finish materials. To accommodate, we have been assembling a sample bag to leave outside the front door.

Several of our customers have successfully navigated the entire design process over the past couple months and even signed into construction agreements via email.

We are confident that this approach is as effective as meeting in person, although we prefer face to face meetings in your home and our design center.
